New Joiners Martin Dalby & Zeejah Rizvi
MFB is very pleased to announce that our team is once again expanding with the arrival of a new trainee and a new partner.
Zeejah Rizvi graduated from Surrey University in 2018, and went on to complete his LPC in 2021 at The University of Law.
He has worked as a paralegal in an internationally expanding hospitality company for three years prior to commencing his training contract with the firm in September 2023.
Admiralty specialist Martin Dalby has joined the partnership. This further strengthens our established and busy Wet Shipping team based in London.
Martin is well known in the market, with 25 year's experience as a shipping lawyer, following an apprenticeship with Shell, qualification as Master, and 5 years in Ports & Terminals in operational roles.
Martin commented: “I am delighted to transfer my practice to MFB, who in recent years have honed their capabilities and reputation in my core area of disputes between Owners, Charterers, Cargo Interests and their insurers, arising from ship casualties of all types. I’m proud to join the team at MFB, where my clients will benefit from the highest level of service in terms of academic, commercial, and technical know-how”.
We're excited to welcome them both to the firm.
