Ian studied law at Oxford University. He joined MFB in 1994 and has been a partner since 1999.

Ian handles all types of maritime disputes, including those under charters, bills of lading and ship sale and construction contracts.  He also deals with sale of goods disputes and non-contentious contract work.

Ian is a Supporting Member of the LMAA and is a recommended lawyer in The Legal 500 2021 rankings.
