MFB is very pleased to announce the promotion to partner of James Foley- Comer, with effect from the 1 January 2020.
James specialises in yacht, superyacht and commercial shipping transactional work. His practice concentrates on representing major international shipowners, high net-worth individuals, brokers, managers, banks, and other financial institutions on a variety of complex cross-border projects and financing arrangements. James has extensive experience advising on syndicated and bilateral debt financings and refinancings, sale and purchases, sale and leasebacks, Japanese operating leases structures with call options (JOLCOs), construction contracts, registrations and ownership structuring across the yachting and commercial shipping sectors.
He is recognised for his ability to deliver clear and pragmatic advice in each of these areas of expertise.
