The Supreme Court judgment in ENE 1 Kos Ltd v Petroleo Brasileiro SA Petrobras ("The Kos") on payment for post-contract services and bunkers during 3 days when the vessel was withdrawn from hire but had to remain at the port to discharge its cargo.
